Big Eye Thunfisch

Eine sehr erfolgreiche Saison - wenn nicht die Beste seit vielen Jahren - neigt sich langsam dem Ende zu... der Blue Marlin wird kaum noch gesichtet - dafür sind aber noch jede Menge Großaugen Thunfische in der Nähe!

Erst gestern kam wieder eine Meldung mit einem "Double Header", 2 Thunfische gleichzeitig konnte also ein Boot aus Calheta fangen.

Dies ist kein Einzelfall, doch viele Hochseeangler ziehen sich dieses Jahr mit ihren Booten bereits schon in die Werft zurück, es sind also immer weniger Fischerboote auf dem Meer zu sehen.

Kein Wunder, es war eine unglaubliche Saison von der jeder Angler nur träumt. Und die Boote waren deshalb durchgehend jeden Tag erfolgreich beim Angeln unterwegs. Nun ist es schon fast an der Zeit, dem Captain und seiner Crew, sowie auch dem Boot einen "Schönheitsschlaf" zu gönnen, um für die anstehende Saison wieder komplett fit zu sein. Nach solch einem Marathon gibt es natürlich auch viel zu reparieren und auszubessern.

Aber NOCH ist es nicht vorbei... auf geht's in die letzte Runde, jetzt wird Thunfisch gefangen!
